Security & Privacy

You own your data. Senora runs at home, on your hardware, and stores your information on your AI Hub—not on our servers. We don’t sell data, we don’t broker it, and we don’t train our models on your personal content.

Your inputs (what you say or type), outputs (what your AI replies), persona memories, and settings stay local. If you never enable internet features (like web search or cloud voices), nothing leaves your network. That’s the default.

If you choose to use online features, you’ll add your own API keys in the control panel. Those keys are stored locally and used only to call that specific service. Remove a key to fully disable that integration.

Local Data on Your AI Hub

Depending on what you turn on, your device can keep: chats, persona memories (with automatic purging for the main memory), lists, reminders, and optional voice transcripts. This helps your personas feel consistent and useful over time.

There is also a smaller, protected profile slice per persona for things that should persist (communication style, preferences). You can clear any persona’s data at any time—from the control panel, in one place, under your PIN.

What We Don’t Do

• No ad tracking, behavioral profiling, or analytics beacons
• No selling or sharing your personal data with marketers
• No training of our models on your private content

Private by default. Secure when you go online. You choose what’s enabled.

Local-Only by Default

Your control panel is available on your home network. We do not expose public ports or require cloud accounts to use Senora at home.

Secure Remote Access (Optional)

If you enable remote access or support, we use outbound, encrypted tunnels. Links and sessions can be revoked instantly from the Access page. You can disable external access at any time—returning to LAN-only mode.

HTTPS & Device Encryption

When you install certificates on your AI Hub, the control panel enforces HTTPS so browsers validate the site and encrypt traffic. If you use a private network overlay (e.g., a mesh/VPN), device-to-device traffic is end-to-end encrypted there as well.

You can run speech-to-text and text-to-speech fully offline using local engines. That means your voice never leaves your network. If you prefer cloud voices or cloud STT, add your own API keys and toggle them on. You can disable transcripts entirely or set your own retention window.

Everything on your AI Hub is yours. Export persona memories, lists, and reminders as JSON whenever you like. Clear a single persona’s memory or wipe all stored data before you sell or give away your device.

• Full Reset: Factory-reset workflows remove local data and settings

Updates are signed and verified before install. You choose Stable or Beta channels—or turn off auto-updates. Applying updates that change sensitive behavior can require your Owner PIN.

Senora is designed for home use by adults and supervised minors. If children will use the system, we recommend disabling external access, using offline voices, tightening retention windows, and reviewing persona behaviors and content filters first.
